Baraggia Rice, Castelmagno, Mortara Goose Salami, Salumi piacentini, Gavi - represented by their respective consortia - are participating, invited by Focaccia di Recco with cheese, in "Fattore Comune" an event dedicated to PDO and PGI agri-food excellences protected by the European Union.
It is an event that brings institutions and producers into dialogue to discuss agri-food protection and gastronomic tourism, illustrate the paths taken by the denominations and the objectives achieved, analyze the outlets on the restaurant and large-scale distribution market and new ideas for the best promotion of PDOs and PGIs.
