Gavi has made a stop in Manchester!
On Tuesday, February 6, it was the protagonist of a Restaurant Tour, organized in collaboration with the British magazine "The Buyer"
The Tour allowed participants - importers, buyers, sommeliers, distributors - to learn more about all facets of Gavi DOCG and, in particular, its versatility in pairing with international cuisine dishes.
Three restaurants star in downtown Manchester:
- the wine shop "Salut Wines"
- "Bab" restaurant specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine and
- "Home Chinese Restaurant "venue offering authentic Chinese cuisine.
