In 2018, through a series of planning and advisory actions, the Consortium for the Protection of Gavi continued its activities to protect and supervise the Gavi docg appellation: an overall project that attests to the territory's growth in terms of sustainability, quality, and biodiversity and that consolidates the Gavi product and its know-how.
